MAIFEST VENDOR APPLICATION

Vendor Applications for Maifest 2024 are now open! Don't hesitate to message us on our contact page with inquiries and comments.

Please fill out the following form to be considered as a vendor for Maifest 2024. Those who submit product pictures will be given higher consideration. Latest date to receive market approval is 4/30/24 but applications are still open for consideration of extra spaces / vendor drop-outs.

In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schulz Bräu Brewing Company and its members, officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Schulz Bräu Brewing's Maifest.
