Please fill out the following form to be considered as a vendor for Maifest 2025. Those who submit product pictures will be given higher consideration.

In addition, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schulz Bräu Brewing Company and its members, officers, employees, and agents for any claims, damage costs and attorney fees for injuries or damages arising from our participation in Schulz Bräu Brewing's Maifest.
