Thank you for your interest in being a merchant at our Ritterfest! We currently only have Friday market dates available, however all applicants and their available dates will be recorded on our waitlist incase of cancellations.
‘Ritterfest’ is a German Knight’s Festival
Want to join Ritterfest 2025? We are bringing some Medieval authenticity to the Beer Castle! The participation of the community is encouraged to appreciate the Times of Olde with medieval merchants, live minstrels, activities for all, dueling knights, and beer! We like to offer the market goers of 2025 high quality products, activities, and experiences. This is Schulz Bräu’s second Ritterfest and we want everyone to enjoy themselves to the fullest. Occurring April 11th – 20th, all vendors are scheduled to sell products from 2-8PM on Friday and 11:30-8PM on Saturday & Sunday. This event is Rain-or-Shine.
Know Your Area
Reserved Sales Areas (Areas) are provided to all vendors. All Areas will include Covered Tents provided by Schulz Bräu Brewing Company. Tents provide 10’x10′ or 10’x8′ Sales Areas. All Areas will have 3 wooden walls available. Tables and Chairs will not be provided at the 2025 market. Please ensure that you wear weather-appropriate clothing for our outdoor Biergarten. Vendors are welcome to bring in appropriate decorative pieces, displays, and/or furniture to market their booths. Some decorative displays may be provided by Schulz Bräu. Ritterfest décor and dress is encouraged!
Lighting and a plug are provided within each booth.
Please note that Vendor Areas may differ from one another. You’ll be notified of the size of your space upon confirmation. Pictures of Areas may be provided upon request. Vendor set-up starts at 9:30AM each day (Fridays: 11AM). For check-in purposes, we ask that all vendors be in attendance by 11AM (Friday: 1PM). Vendors are expected to have their stations open and ready to receive guests by 11:30PM at the latest (Friday: 2PM) – Doors open at 11AM!
Parking
Parking is free at Schulz Bräu! There is a marked-off space directly in-front of the biergarten entrance for vendors to unload. Once you’ve unloaded all your necessities, please proceed to park your vehicle so another vendor may pull in to unload. NOTE: Do NOT park in the lot labeled for AXLE Employees as this lot will tow. The sign is clearly marked upon entrance to the lot.
Payment
Once you’ve been accepted as a vendor, an invoice will be sent to your email that can be paid online. To be a vendor at Schulz Bräu Brewing’s Ritterfest, there is a required fee of $35.00 for Fridays and $50.00 for Saturdays and Sundays due for each approved date by 3/28/25. Please expect a confirmation email by 3/20/25 at the latest.
Drinks (Please Read!)
Vendors may not sell drinks of any kind. Free water from the spout is available at the brewery. ID’s must be provided to purchase an alcoholic drink.
Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to cancel up to 10 days before your reserved date, we will refund your fee total in full. 5 days before, we will refund your fee minus a $20 administration fee. No refund after 5 days. Possible exceptions will be considered, of course, but please make sure you are available before applying. Reasonable proof of cancellation may be requested to receive any refund amount after 5 days.
NOTE: IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE MORING OF YOUR RESERVED DATE, PLEASE CALL BEFORE 10:30AM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. This allows Schulz Bräu the option to reach out to vendors on waiting lists and give them ample time to still arrive and set-up.
Terms and Condition
Required by Schulz Bräu Brewing Company:
No payment is required until you have been confirmed for your dates. An invoice will be sent via email.
